Versilia Holidays Hotel

We stopped for just one day to break up a trip that otherwise would have been too long. We also had a 2-year-old child with us; we made use of the beautiful pool with kind and professional staff and also the excellent à la carte restaurant for dinner. The breakfast, included with the room, was rich and well-prepared. Also very convenient, for those who need them, are the numerous Tesla chargers.

The hotel is located right in front of the Forte highway exit and along a very busy state road, but perfect soundproofing of the rooms guarantees a peaceful rest. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all the comforts. 50-inch TV, kettle, air conditioning, and efficient Wi-Fi. Balcony. Free and large parking with several Tesla charging stations, large swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, bar, and restaurant. In the evening, they organize events and music every week. Bicycles available for free and a welcome drink kindly offered at the bar. What more could you ask for? The staff is courteous, apart from the pool bartender who is rather rude and grumpy. The location is decentralized, about 2 km from the beach and the town center, but with a bicycle, it is a very pleasant ride through the lush greenery of Forte. Absolutely competitive price considering the level of Forte. We will definitely be back!

If it had been possible, I would have given this hotel 0 stars. The experience was extremely negative from every point of view. The staff proved to be unprofessional, disorganized, and with an evident lack of internal communication: it often seemed that no one knew what the others were doing. Furthermore, no one took responsibility for the problems or errors and, as if that were not enough, the staff was also rude and unhelpful toward the guests. Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this property. My advice is to stay away from this hotel and look toward other options.
