Borgo Magliano Resort

The lady at the reception was very kind, polite, and approachable. A wonderful place with an extraordinary view. The guys at the bar were kind and friendly. Definitely a place to return to ❤️

Spectacular experience at a fantastic resort; my family and I could not find a negative aspect to the stay. Special credit goes to Ms. Manuela for her professionalism, experience, and kindness. Thanks to everyone, see you soon.

We chose this resort, attracted by the beautiful location. I can say that it was the only positive thing about the vacation. Starting with the staff, there was not a hint of professionalism or friendliness (aside from the maitre d' Salvatore and the Pilates and water aerobics instructor). Regarding the restaurant, I really don't think the breakfast meets the standards of a four-star hotel: when we asked for an espresso, we were told it wasn't hotel policy, that they were doing us a favor, and that there was a vending machine; if you went to breakfast at 9:00, there was already nothing left. At dinner, the restaurant closed at 10:00 PM, but the kitchen staff left 20 minutes early without even notifying the dining room, and we were left with only a first course (which was also small in portion) even though we had mentioned that we would decide on the second course later. I'll conclude with the pool by saying that there was no one supervising, and at one point it felt like being at a water park with children screaming, diving, and running between the umbrellas, disturbing the peace. In short, we wanted to spend a weekend in peace, but it was more frustrating than anything else. It's a shame because the location has a lot of potential. I'm sorry, but we don't feel like returning, nor would we recommend it.
