Received a message from the host telling us they have to change our day of arriving! As if we can change our plans just like that 🤯 They told us they had overbooked and recommended another hotel in the town! We booked our room through booking.com in September. Completely unprofessional, to cancel our booking less than 3 weeks before arriving. We had confirmation in writing from them in September! When we booked we had a choice of other rooms, however they are making the excuse that they have overbooked “Why change our reservation?” Obviously this kind of thing happens at their place often so to them it’s no skin of their nose to cancel ppls reservations! Think carefully before reserving your room, as it could happen to you at short notice.

Nice and comfortable place right in the center, so close to shops and restaurants. In a ZTL area but reachable in about 5 minutes on foot from the free parking; if you choose the Suite, it will feel like you are on cloud nine.
