Everything truly fantastic, a location immersed in greenery for a relaxing vacation. All the staff are helpful and very kind, from the reception to the entertainers and the pool staff. The three-room apartment was equipped with every comfort, air conditioners in every room and two bathrooms, the convenience of parking next to the accommodation and the presence of the beautiful swimming pools. At the Fattoria you truly reach peace of mind without missing out on anything, I highly recommend it and hope to return.

Excellent location for touring the Maremma I find some things too expensive, three coffees at the internal bar cost 12 euros, for pet stays I have always paid from 30 to 50 euros, at Principina 180 euros

Second year here and we will come again. Our son is 5 and we came also when he was 2. We liked: - the gym has everything you need for weight and cardio workout - the breakfast (gr8 scrambled eggs! Lovely pastries! Good yoghurt and jams. Awesome coffee! Lots of fruit choice) - swimming pool is big and clean - animation team is fantastic!! Happy, devoted, Animavera team should be kept on!! - kids events during day are great (horse riding, farm visit, cookie baking, arts and crafts) - cleaners very good and friendly! To improve: - water only available to buy and is expensive (add water dispensers like most European hotels. This avoids waste!) - rooms have issues (eg: phone couldn’t hear reception; aircon kept breaking; terrace didn’t lock, ants in room). - kids dance starting at 9:40pm and evening show starts at 10:15pm is outrageously late!! - reception staff could do with smiling
