Perfect stay, lovely location, efficient booking office staff with a high level of training.

A styleless property that is in need of a renovation, and questionable staff; the price is decidedly high for the services offered. -unfriendly welcome at reception -environment lacking personality and warmth -clean, spacious room -breakfast not up to 4-star standards with limited selection -80s style pool -gym with equipment that is now outdated To get to the beach, a shuttle service is available which is fast and practical (kind driver); the facility on the beach has the right comforts but the Alto Mare restaurant did not satisfy us. Overall I do not recommend it

The experience was exceptional in every way, especially for the care and dedication to detail that the people on-site always guaranteed, no matter what. Faced with noisy behavior from other guests, the reception staff intervened very promptly to restore what I appreciated most: the quiet of a property surrounded by greenery with a private beach that was always well-serviced and efficiently connected by the dedicated shuttle. I would like to mention Ilaria in particular for the attention she always showed to our every need, even the smallest one.
