Small hotel in a convenient location just a few minutes by car from the center of Grosseto.
Modern building with some flaws.
Rooms that are not very spacious and have an anonymous decor, and, "details" not to be overlooked, an uncomfortable mattress and pillows, and a television the size of a postage stamp, positioned high on the wall, which guarantees a stiff neck when trying to watch it while lying in bed.
Breakfast is not very varied with a limited selection even for a 3-star hotel.
Professional staff.
The quality-price ratio is not the best, with a required advance payment upon arrival - at the time of booking, they had my credit card - which is annoying and not very elegant.
Adjacent parking is unguarded but convenient and free.
