Residence Le Corti

Structure with many apartments. The outdoor parking is spacious and safe. Very kind staff. The area is very quiet, I recommend going by car. In the immediate vicinity you will find a bar, a pizzeria, a bakery, a large shopping center is a 5-minute drive away. The house is spacious, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and kitchen. The heating is effective. There are also 2 air conditioners. To use the kitchen you have to pay a supplement. The structure is dated but quite clean. Pillow and mattress not very comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet, both sweet and savory. The cost per night is a little expensive both for the location and the location.

Le Corti is in the middle of nowhere, but it's worth a stopover! It's very quiet, has huge rooms - ours had a living/dining room as well as a separate bedroom - a very comfortable bed and warm friendly service. The ristorante attached was excellent for dinner! Very traditional rustic Tuscan cooking with great local wines! I'm afraid the shower room wasn't great, nor was the poor breakfast, but it wouldn't put us off stopping off again on a journey north or south!

In fact, Le Corti has many advantages: very spacious rooms, perfect for self-catering, quiet location and generally clean. No problems with insects or something of the kind. Breakfast was fair, probably even better than one would expect in Italy for the price. By and large, the only only two snags about it are: 1) the place is definitely NOT among the most beautiful & picturesque in Tuscany, our view from the balcony onto the surrounding was anything but inspiring... 2) the kitchen could have been furnished better (for instance, a bigger pan for roasting was missing). Anyway, many thanx go to the receptionist, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful! We truly enjoyed and will never forget watching turtles rambling in the hotel garden as well as the white omnipresent house cat :-))
