Hotel a step away from the center, easy parking. Rooms quite spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast. Clean and quiet. Staff very kind and competent. It could improve a lot for the quality of sleep, adopting more comfortable mattresses and thicker and softer pillows. Overall, a great reference point for stays in Pistoia.

Valentina, Matteo, Cristian, Mrs. Cinzia and the very kind owner Mrs. Ilaria, this is the Prime Hotel in Pistoia! I met all of them staying, for work, in this hotel for three months. In addition to meeting the daily needs that arose; they took care of me during an episode of fever and malaise in season! Availability tranquility and humanity. An affectionate greeting to all of you! Giusi
