July 2026 With nostalgia we end our stay at this residence. We recommend Lacona as a strategic point for moving around the whole island, north south east west. Newly renovated apartment. Clean, great taste, equipped with every comfort, pots, knives, air conditioner. No dishwasher. Functional in every corner. The veranda is priceless, breakfasts and dinners with a view of olive trees and the Gulf of Lacona. We like the tranquility in the evening. Private, quiet place. Beautiful for relaxing. Francesca is very attentive and helpful. Convenient parking. We had no worries other than enjoying the vacation. A car is necessary to get around. We highly recommend this location if you are good explorers by day and sailors returning to the port in the evening! Valeria and Francesco

We had chosen another apartment in Capoliveri. Due to technical problems they relocated us to LACONA 1. Acceptance however cozy and friendly, the house small, clean and renovated, spacious terrace with sea view, surrounded by greenery and well ventilated (never turned on the air conditioning). A bit far from services but at the same time quiet area. For a couple of nights we had some noisy neighbors. Overall I recommend the property and will be back.
