Hotel Navy

Excellent hotel, with good value for money. Located near the Terrazza Mascagni and near the sea, it offers spacious and comfortable rooms, also equipped with a mini-fridge (very useful in these very hot summers!) and a kettle to make tea and coffee as you like! Well-functioning air conditioning! Even the staff who clean the rooms is very efficient; they are always cleaned in the late morning. The only thing that should be reviewed: the staff is very kind but definitely INSUFFICIENT! In the morning, one single person has to take care of the reception and also prepare and serve breakfast, forced to jump here and there! Rather absurd...! In the evening, there is no night porter, the front door is locked, and sometimes you risk being locked out; the latch lock doesn't always work properly! (during the week of Ferragosto, this is not very acceptable!) Gentlemen of the company that manages the hotel: the hotel is perfect in every way, the staff is attentive and kind but INSUFFICIENT: haven't you noticed that.... you should HIRE MORE PEOPLE?? You would give work to a few more young people!

only one night, but we had a good time

I attended the hotel for two years for business reasons. I always had a great time for cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Spacious room, comfortable bed and with water, coffee and herbal teas available. Optimal location on the Lungomare, just opposite the entrance to the Naval Academy. I recommend a stay at the Hotel Navy.
