La Locanda di Villa Toscana

The inn is pleasant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are well furnished and consistent with the Tuscan style, conveying a feeling of familiarity. The room is overall nice and comfortable, suitable for a short stay. The furniture, while pleasant overall, shows signs of wear: some elements are dated and would need to be repaired or replaced. The reception appeared rather cold and unaccommodating. In particular, the pre-arrival communication was handled in an unprofessional way: the day before arrival a message was sent, with no presentation, asking for the check-in time, indicating as a limit 20:00, in contrast to what is reported on the website (check-in from 15:00 to 22:30). This resulted in a forced change of travel plans. The room has some shortcomings in terms of attention to detail: the kettle still contained water with evident limescale build-up, a sign of previous use not properly verified. The bathroom courtesy kit is quite basic and some of the furniture details are ruined. The breakfast included is one of the weakest aspects: mainly packaged products, absence of juices and water, lack of milk and cereals, yogurt available only in the full version (limiting for those who are lactose intolerant). Besides, there was no cutlery to help yourself. The breakfast time, from 9:00 to 10:00, is particularly restrictive and unsuitable for those with morning commitments; an extension at least from 8:30 would be desirable. The value for money is, overall, quite high compared to the experience offered.

B&B really nice, clean and super comfortable as location. We stayed only one night as a passage to Elba. Family run, all super nice. We had dinner there in the evening and in the morning we found a super breakfast, both sweet and savory. We will keep it in mind for other Tuscan stays

Historical presidency in Bibbona. We stayed in the Bounganville suite, encouraged by a warm Welcoming, we descended a steep staircase and found ourselves welcomed by a fine room, attention to detail and tastefully decorated. Lovely private garden. To srgnare the foresight to re-sit products without glutinr in the beautiful breakfast room. Excellent fresh local produce. Nice experience to recommend
