It was a wonderful experience,Mr isam at reception was so helpful and pleasant,answered all my questions and helped me by getting a gentleman to wait for me by the car chargers to plug the car for me...

A real disappoint. It clearly was once a grand hotel but that was yesterday,
Front desk was armourist. Poor service when checking in not quiet rude but lacking in any warmth or welcome. Room was OK...
