The owner was rude and arrogant. The air conditioner made a noise like a truck; for €90, breakfast is not included, Lucca is small, and everything is close.

the B & B is located in a secluded area of Lucca, but still within the walls and very close to the Bacchettoni parking, very convenient to get around the city on foot forgetting the car. Large room, bathroom with window. Retro atmosphere but very pleasant. Breakfast is not included but within a few dozen meters there are countless bars. Very positive opinion.

We booked for 2 nights to be within walking distance to the old part of Lucca. The room is large and has an old style. The walls are thin so you can hear people from outside (if they are noisy) and the other room if you are on the second floor. There is no breakfast within the facility, but there are good options nearby. The parking is convenient and nearby. The host is very friendly and explains how the parking is handled upfront and what you can see in Lucca.
