Bracciotti Hotel

I recently stayed at the Hotel Bracciotti in Lido di Camaiore for two nights and I want to share my experience in a constructive way. At the time of booking we were not informed that the assigned room was located in the annex, resulting in the need to cross the street to access the main services, such as breakfast. I think this information is important, as it can be an inconvenience for some guests. The room (no. 50), located right in front of the elevator and adjacent to the stairs, was particularly noisy, especially in the early hours of the morning, due to the frequent passage of large groups. This has compromised the quality of rest. On arrival we also found the absence of water in the minibar. Given that it was Easter evening and that it was now late, it created further discomfort. When asked at reception, we were told that, in the presence of groups, the service is not guaranteed: a choice that leaves us puzzled and that does not seem adequate to the level of reception expected. Finally, we could not take advantage of the structure's parking, although sometimes noting the availability of some places. Again, we have not been given any indication or possibility of use. Overall, while recognizing the property’s favorable location, we believe that a greater focus on communication and guest comfort can significantly improve the experience

Hotel located near the sea with garden in front of the entrance. Spacious and welcoming lobby; we stayed comfortably in three. The bed and pillows are comfortable but the temperature on our arrival was far too high. New and clean bathroom with hot tub. Full breakfast and with sweet and savory.

I stayed at this hotel with my family we had a mixed experience at Hotel Bracciotti some members of staff where very rude especially the blonde lady at breakfast who made us feel unwelcome and older dark curly haired lady on reception spoken to us like crap and repeatedly gave us dirty looks and pointed in our faces when we asked for anything during a storm we was stranded at the hotel when we asked if we could buy food or snacks we was told no so we ordered some food so my children could eat and they would not let us up to our room with food or inside the lobby so my children where forced to eat outside in the cold and rain why staff smirked I found this disgusting and the staff where fully aware because of the storm it wasn’t safe to go out apart from these issues the room was really clean and comfortable and the maids where in every day the older small gentleman that was on the reception of a evening was really friendly and the staff serving the food where really friendly I wouldn’t Stay at this hotel again
