I stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful hotel near the walls of Lucca in August with my family. LOCATION: very beautiful, the hotel is a Villa of 1600 and it is really very impressive to enter, the lobby is a room full of paintings and furnished with care and finesse. ROOMS: unfortunately the room, very nice too, has a bathroom inside, but no door!! (I attach photo) A curtain (dirty) divides the sleeping area from the bathroom. A little uncomfortable and ugly. The furnishings in the room and the walls in general could use a refresh. In the room there is air conditioning that works. There were no towels and towels changed. Upon our return after the “cleaning” we returned them to where we had placed them (inside the shower on the floor) and the floor had not been swept (there were still the crumbs on the ground of my baby’s snack). For 150€ per night seems the minimum. SWIMMING POOL: located in the garden which is very well maintained. The pool is very nice, equipped with shower and deck chairs for everyone. BREAKFAST: average (for a fee). Good cakes but there is no coffee machine and the lady served us a very liquid American coffee. Too bad about these flaws because the structure is really nice!

The B&B is a beautiful accommodation facility whose owner is an exquisite person who is able to understand and understand the needs of customers by addressing their problems. Excellent title with problim slolving skills (problem solutions) in the here and now (in the immediate future) looking for solutions best suited to customer needs. We will return and I recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a few days in the city of Lucca.

Refined and elegant location, excellent welcome thanks to the kind owner who is always available for any needs and information on the city and surrounding areas. Very well-kept outdoor space with swimming pool, you can breathe peace and relaxation.
