Excellent location and paid partner parking very close to the property. Our “Giglio” room was very beautiful but not very bright Kind staff

I think we might have been spoilt by our stay in Siena before coming to this hotel. it is perfectly situated in central Lucca. Rooms are clean and comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is amazing. I was a little disappointed with some of the staff who were not terribly friendly although for some reason this changed a couple of days into our stay and they warmed up.

Small charming hotel on a street in the historic center close to S.Frediano, in an excellent position for visiting Lucca. The welcome and assistance are perfect: the staff is always available and with a smile for every question. Very good breakfast (although some seasonal fruit would have been great), impeccable cleanliness, spacious rooms, perfectly furnished and decorated. The icing on the cake: the paid guarded parking 50 meters from the hotel and the perfect assistance for entering the ZTL by car. What can I say... we have already booked for another weekend!
