We had a wonderful stay here whilst in Lucca! It was very centrally located. As we had luggage we got a taxi from the station which was easy, and they kindly arranged a taxi to collect us when we left. The service we received was very welcoming throughout. We are both vegan and the woman who worked there baked a vegan cake for us to have at breakfast - it was delicious and so thoughtful. The breakfast was excellent and such high quality. They also non-dairy milk alternatives too. The room was lovely, it had lots of character and all amenities we needed including, hair dryer, safe, fridge, kettle and air conditioning. It was very large and had plenty of storage. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A clean and well-maintained accommodation that is recommended for families. Outstanding location. An accommodation with character. We stayed in a very comfortable deluxe room. The breakfast was wonderful. Martha and Ingrid were extremely warm and always helpful hosts. A great value for money and ideal for a wonderful experience.

Great location and ambience, wonderful service and a lovely breakfast. This is not a 24 hour service hotel and as long as you realise that (no restaurant for dinner, reception not staffed 24 hours etc.) then you'll have a really nice experience.
