Relais San Lorenzo

Beautiful room. Had our own sitting room and terrace which was unexpected. Very friendly welcome. Well situated.

The room was exquisite and quiet. Shower was clean and luxurious. Communication with hostess was easy and she was accommodating and helpful; however, I was very disappointed that there was no breakfast—I would have stayed elsewhere had I known.

Great location and very nicely appointed room. Sarah who greeted us was very pleasent and gave us some great recommendations for eating out. However, this is neither one thing nor the other. If it's a b&b, then the breakfast is missing. Lovely to have the spectacular communal lounge but one coffee machine with no instructions, nor milk etc isn't helpful. If it's a sort of serviced apartment then the room facilities need upgrading. No glasses, 2 espresso cups, a couple of tea bags, 2 tiny milks and a couple of coffee sachets is a bit meagre. Passing mention of stairs to access undersells the number of them. Not a problem for us, but maybe for others.
