Santa Maria Residence

The structure is very beautiful, comfortable, and a very quiet place immersed in nature. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was convenient, and all the necessary utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery, and glasses were present. There was a dishwasher and a communal washing machine when you had something to wash. The sheets and towels were clean and fragrant, and the cleanliness of the house was perfect. The house was cool without air conditioning; there were ceiling fans, and it was pleasant to stay. Because the structure has thick walls, it was cool in the house even at night, making it comfortable. The house has a nice terrace under the porch in front of the house, with a table and chairs that we used for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool was very clean with a maximum depth of 1.45 meters. At the beginning, it is not deep, suitable for children. Around the pool, there were sun loungers and umbrellas; there were also sun loungers in the shade under the very fragrant linden trees on the lawn. Well-maintained garden, convenient parking under the trees. Automatic gate, which provides you with a remote control for very convenient opening. Garbage collection was sorted for paper, plastic, organic waste, glass, and non-recyclable materials. The host Laura was very kind and helpful; she provided all the information about the structure a day before arrival and gave plenty of information on what to visit and where to eat. The structure has excellent internet because there is little signal for the phone network. Dogs are accepted; our chihuahua had a lot of fun.

Have been here for almost two weeks in May 2022 with wife and son (10y). Lovely runned agriturismo by two sisters and dad working in the garden, pool and playing music :) Contact was very smooth via email and whatsapp. Apartment was fuly equiped with tv, dishwasher and above all Excellent WIFI. We could easily stream TV, video conferencing and playing games. Haven seen such good internet in Italy :) Would recommend to visit them - you wont regret ! Warm wishes Dennis - NL

Stayed here 5 times now over more than 10 years. Everything is still the same . Lovely accomodation, pool area and great restaurants all within 10 mins walk. Very quiet but lots of things to do in the region.
