Thank you, absolutely beautiful hotel. In a lovely area in Montecatini. Impeccably clean. Lovely staff. La Pecora Nera Restaurant is outstanding.

Clean rooms, very elegant hotel, extremely kind staff, and excellent location. It just needs a welcome kit in the room, perhaps with the necessary items... toothbrush, cotton swabs, and toothpaste; other than that, it's okay.

The hotel is charming, we were welcomed warmly by the reception staff who advised on where to park and gave a token for parking. They also advised on places to visit whilst there. It was incredibly hot whilst we were there and the lobby was beautifully cool and we really enjoyed drinks in the courtyard in the evening. The bar manager was great efficient and friendly. We had to leave early in the morning for our flight and they very kindly allowed us to have breakfast early. This is a lovely hotel with great staff and we would happily recommend.
