We came here for 4 days bed and breakfast. Hotel is okay as a base and perfect for location to train station to get to Florence. Rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast is good with lots of options. Check out was really early and was not offered early breakfast which we have paid for. Facilities; Pool area. Clean pool but not enough sunbeds or seating area and a little precarious in places. Other facilities, non existent. For example, no tea and coffee facilities in room and hit and miss with bar and food service through the day. Bar decides to shut when they want and wont serve you so you have to go elsewhere to get even a drink. If they are doing this we expect at least a kettle in the room. All in all we literally stayed in the hotel to sleep and ventured elsewhere for other facilities. We would not stay here again.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at this establishment and we are once again very satisfied and happy with our stay. We were also able to observe improvements compared to previous years. The "lounge/piano" area has been completely renovated, new lounge chairs have been added to the pool, and the breakfast is more substantial and offers a very nice selection of both sweet and savory items. The rooms are extremely clean, as is the entirety of the hotel. The food is excellent; we took advantage of the half-board and we ate extremely well. Thanks to Chef Luca for these delicious dishes. Finally, what especially makes this hotel fabulous is its exceptional staff (both at the front desk and at the bar and restaurant) who took care of us and our son throughout our stay. We had an extraordinary vacation and we are looking forward to next year with impatience to return to the Grand Hotel Francia & Quirinale. Amélie, Ben, and Axel.

The hotel, the service, the pool, the very high quality of the dining, the cleanliness, the location, and finally the value for money. So many arguments that make this stay an unforgettable moment. The Liberty-style decor is in very good taste and immerses you in the refined atmosphere of Tuscany. In fact, on this point, we are more in the standards of a 5-star than a 4-star. Bravo! The very beautiful city of Montecatini Terme offers a peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere after long Tuscan excursions. Its strategic location also allows you to be at most 50 km from the big cities and the beach. Siena is a little further away but a very good compromise. The only complaint would be the tourist taxes of €3/person/day, which can quickly reach a substantial amount for a family of 5. I probably should have checked beforehand. Thanks to the staff. Hotel to be highly recommended.
