The welcome we received was very pleasant. Very kind and helpful staff. Our room (booked via smartbox) was a bit small, but clean and with everything necessary. The lights that change color in the shower are cute. The breakfast was quite varied, savory and sweet, and the quality was good. Very attentive staff here as well. Overall, a very positive judgment.

The hotel needs a complete overhaul; the air conditioning is very old and does not work well: it is impossible to adjust; the mini fridge in the room no longer works; the compressor is out of order; the fire hose on the floors is not operational; the bathroom is tiny; the room is acceptable. The hotel reflects the closure of the thermal baths: inexpensive with many groups. The welcoming staff does their best with limited resources and maintains cleanliness.

My family and I chose this hotel thanks to a smartbox. We stayed for three days and two nights. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Gabriele, who was very kind and helpful with all our requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy.
