We stayed during a beautiful week in September and, like many other times, we chose Hotel Manzoni with satisfaction for many reasons that make it recommendable in every season for visiting beautiful Tuscany. The pride and joy of this beautiful hotel is the entire staff, which reflects the wonderful family that owns it. Politeness, refinement, and kindness are characteristics that are not always easy to find. The room was simple and comfortable, well-maintained every day by the very attentive and precise ladies. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Top-notch spa and pool with the very dear Sara and Emanuela. This beautiful hotel is definitely to be recommended in every season. Thank you and goodbye, Stefano and Paola.

We spent a pleasant vacation in this beautiful hotel, managed magnificently by dear Cristina and her team. All the staff are attentive to the needs of a good clientele, always proving to be kind and welcoming. Comfortable rooms well-maintained by the attentive and precise cleaning ladies. Excellent cuisine with a truly talented chef. Super breakfast. Spa and pool very comfortable with the very talented Sara and Emanuela. Highly recommended, the whole hotel! Thank you and goodbye from Stefano and Paola Genova

Currently staying at this hotel. I would like to see the General Manager of this hotel attend our room and use the shower. It situated in a corner and appears to be there for the sake of art only. It comes out from the corner maybe 600mm then arcs to the other side. Once inside you cannot place your hands on your head as your elbows knock the curved shower screen. You move and and your back hits the taps and then you have cold or no water. I dropped something on the floor and had to open the door to retrieve. Bending down was impossible. The power outlets are different to other places we have stayed in the Northern Hemisphere. Ours doesn't fit. That's handy, NOT! Today we were relaxing in the pool and they had obviously.hired it out to a.local fitness group. No advice to the guests. They came in and took over the pool. Would I recommend this hotel, NO. You can find better. The staff, come across as.ignorant and it is very obvious they do not like Australians. They do not mind our cash however. GM, come use the shower in room 726! It is ridiculous.
