Excellent location (very close to the center but above all to the funicular to reach Montecatini Alta, which is really worth seeing, both during the day and in the evening all lit up). Staff very kind and friendly upon arrival, during the stay, and also during breakfast and dinner. A special thanks to the massage therapist Tessa and also to the receptionist Cristian, both TOP. Highly recommended!

A hotel, nicely centrally located, but its best days are over. The lady at the reception on the day of arrival was anything but friendly. 85% of the guests are Italian; we had to speak English, no problem! But she spoke so fast with an Italian accent that you could hardly keep up! When I asked for clarification, she became impatient. There is a covered veranda with a table and chairs; here you can have breakfast or dinner! Unfortunately, nothing is set nicely here. The restaurant, which is also the breakfast room, is so uncomfortable. A large hall, round tables, 1 napkin, a knife, a salt shaker, and a plastic container for packaging waste. But there is hardly anything: only sugar, butter, and processed cheese in packages. The tables are placed so close together that you can hardly get through, even when no one is sitting at the other tables. You get full, but it is nothing special. It is a shame that the fruit comes from cans. You can buy friendliness. Hardly had my husband given a tip when we were greeted in a friendly manner. A lady who worked in the breakfast room in the morning was very friendly and helpful; since I thought I had lost or forgotten it there, she really tried to help me. In the evening, we met her on the street after she finished work, and she spoke to us on her own initiative. I would not visit this hotel again. Especially since there are so many alternatives all around.

Paolo and Rita, we stayed for two weeks on half board to do spa treatments and visit upper Tuscany, the hotel's location is optimal, it is very close on foot both for the hydropinic treatment and for the facility with thermal pool, mud therapy, etc. The hotel with pool is in excellent condition, everything very functional with excellent breakfast and dinner. Thanks to all the staff including the owners who were very helpful, professional, and kind, a family-like relationship with everyone that made our vacation very pleasant
