Given the value for money, it is certainly the best deal in the area. Efficient standard welcome. Pleasant, well-appointed pool, pretty park, decent rooms, breakfast a bit short, but you can't have everything. Large, free private parking. Very quiet because it is outside the city center.

We went with a tour group and stayed for two nights. We wanted to sit and relax in the garden. They said we couldn't sit down unless we came to have a drink. They said this area belongs to the bar, but we could use the hotel interior. While we were sitting in the common area of the hotel, they came and turned off the air conditioner. Very poor management. We had come down intending to have a drink, but their attitude prevented us from doing so. They could have at least set aside a small area for hotel guests. Their behavior upset me.

Very disappointing experience. In my personal experience, the service did not match the price paid. During breakfast, I was spoken to rudely and told I had “made the table dirty,” even though I had only finished my breakfast and left. On my last day, I raised my concerns calmly, but the management responded in a very unprofessional way, including shouting and disrespectful comments. The situation became very stressful and escalated to the point where I had to contact the police. The swimming pool was often crowded with outside visitors, with not enough sunbeds for hotel guests. I was told sunbeds needed to be reserved in advance, but this was not clearly stated anywhere. Breakfast was poor, with no coffee machine and a stressful atmosphere due to strict seating instructions. The room was small and very hot, with no refrigerator. Reception was often empty when I needed assistance. The hotel location was also not as close to the city center as expected. Overall, this was for me the worst hotel experience I have had, and I will not book this hotel again.
