Strategic position for hiking the surrounding villages! Really kind and helpful staff. Meals always top-notch... and a dynamic, multitasking, and generous "boss" like Marta is a rare thing. Dora&Cats... delightful fauna!

We spent one night in this hotel in Montepulciano, not far from the city center. The property is located in a position high enough to be able to admire the entire natural landscape that hosts it; from our room, we could glimpse the Temple of San Biagio. We used the private spa, which is very welcoming; in fact, it has everything you need to relax in intimacy: Turkish bath, sauna, salt room, emotional shower, and a relaxation room where you can sip hot tea. The hotel also has an indoor pool, but the real revelation for us was the dinner, which surprised us with the high quality of the raw materials used and the excellent preparation of the dishes. The hotel needs some minor maintenance work, but for a three-star hotel, the quality of the services and the kindness of the staff make the property worth it. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

At this very moment, I want to thank all the staff, and it is only the first day of my stay. This review comes from the heart; feeling at home is something inexplicable, and it has happened to me only a few times in hotels. It is a strong emotion due to the kindness of these people, which is hard to find in the world today. I especially thank Mauro, the only flaw being that he is a Lazio fan, but first and foremost, I thank the two waiters, Shein and Giuliano, who are perfect in every way. The concern of seeing two waiters only because I left a dessert and worrying that it was not liked is something inexplicable. They are kind-hearted people who speak from the heart; they immediately notice if something is going well or not, and they quickly come to apologize for nothing. My best compliments to this staff; I am proud to be Italian with these people. There is no arrogance, no mindset that they have an interest in not working and rushing to clear the plates. Believe me, it is something to learn from. Thank you for what you have conveyed as true people.
