We stayed in this resort many years ago and now we came to see what improvements they had made. :) The new indoor pool is a nice novelty, also the covered parking lots are convenient, there is more greenery as the trees have grown during all these years... We like the resort very much, its location is great, a short drive to Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni... The staff was very helpful with whatever we asked. The appartments are spacios and well equipped; years ago we stayed in the ground floor appartment, now we got the first floor one with a nice terrace - we liked it too. For improvement: Poor WiFi, although not really an important issue if you are on holiday. There is a possibility of renting bikes, but I would recommend some maintenance first (poor breakes, flat tires, no helmet renting possibility).

We had a great week at Antica Fonte resort. Our daughter enjoyed the 3 pools playing with other kids. Private sunbeds at the pool were perfect. Appartement was clean, beds were good, even the bed sofa.

This is the second time that we visited Antica Fonte Resort. We went with our family with 2 small children. The resort is perfect for a family Holiday. The houses are quite big with a good kitchen and a large garden which is well maintained. The village Casola d'Elsa can be reached by foot walking a steep path up. (don't try this with a car ;-)) Many good restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Also many of the Tuscany highlights are nearby (<1 hour driving) These include Firenze, Siena, Volterra, Sam Gimignano and Pisa (further). And do not forget to experience the Chianti area !. Besides these trips we enjoyed the pools, made great Italian food and stayed until sunset in the garden. A great experience of Tuscany and the perfect place to stay with kids. We will be back !
