We generally enjoyed our stay until an unfortunate incident with the host, Caterina. Our room had no kettle, so my wife used the shared kettle in the common area to warm milk for our toddler, always cleaning it afterward. When Caterina noticed, instead of politely explaining that this was not allowed, she spoke to my wife in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Although my wife immediately apologized and explained that we were unaware of the rule, Caterina continued in a arrogant and confrontational tone, making her feel humiliated. The incident left us feeling unwelcome and upset, and our toddler was distressed by the argument. We respect house rules and would have gladly followed them if they had been communicated respectfully. Our issue is not with the rule itself, but with the way it was enforced.

B&B very clean, tidy, heated environment, very balanced prices. Breakfast is included in the rate. Congratulations to the owner Caterina, very kind and greatly motivated in carrying out their work. Nothing is missing in the rooms. Everything is very perfect. Congratulations Angelo R.

The rooms are very nice, clean and with a nice bathroom. You can use the kettle in the common areas to enjoy tea, coffee or herbal teas and the sweets always available. The entrance is independent and the owner very nice and nice. Very central location in the village of Pienza and convenient to reach the other beautiful towns in the area. It is not easy to find parking unless you pay.
