Casolare le Terre Rosse

We had the good fortune to stay here for 28 nights, we are returning customers and we do so for a reason, this place is like a home from home. This time we took our dog and rented one of the Apartments. I have no words to describe how fab our stay was. The apartment itself had everything we needed regarding pots pans etc. we had two ensuit rooms so I was able to work remotely during the day, and the WIFI was excellent. We had full access to the wonderful pool and hotel amenites. The Bar food was amazing as was the quality of the restuarent food. We also enjoyed the full breakfast on several occasions at a cost of 20 Euro per person as we chose not to have it included in our package, but if staying Breakfast is included usually at a cheaper rate. Howwever we did get coffee and crossiants/ pastires every day which was super value and I wont lie they were the nicest selection of pastries so so fresh and just devine. Lunch each day at the bar was super. The stand out for us at this hotel is the staff, every single member from reception to breakfast to luch dinner and bar grounds keepers chiefs, every single staff member is wonderful. I will not name anybody as they are all so wonderful and they are so kind to our dog. I should add that this hotel says they are pet friendly and they truly are in every sense, they provided our dog with water and food bowl in apartment and in the bar/restaurant were so kind to her. We are home now and miss this place so much. Cannot wait to return again. Trace Joe and Tory

We had a wonderful time staying Hotel Casolare Le Terre Rosse. The location is great and the property is beautiful.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at this friendly well run hotel. The staff were always helpful and pleased if they could assist in any way. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. On the first evening we enjoyed the alfresco restaurant and on the second night as there was a possibility of a thunderstorm the alternative restaurant in the cellar was just as welcoming. There were plenty of loungers around a spacious pool, but sadly no hand rails to help you use it if you are getting on a bit! The garden and surrounding grounds were also worth a stroll. The hotel also runs a courtesy minibus into San Gimignano which was a real bonus. Would certainly book again but a few hand rails down steps and into the pool would be appreciated.
