The farmhouse is located in a truly beautiful place, surrounded by greenery and a silence that rejuvenates. We really loved the abundant outdoor spaces and the pool, which was particularly appreciated by our two children for cooling off and having fun. The option to have breakfast without advance booking is convenient; it is a simple meal, more than sufficient for us. As for the accommodation, you need to be aware that the apartment is very spartan, with somewhat old and sparse furnishings. The beds are not the most comfortable we have tried. It is certainly not the right solution for those looking for particular comfort or modern finishes. We also suffered a bit from the lack of air conditioning; we happened to be there during some days when temperatures reached nearly forty degrees throughout Italy, and the owner provided us with a fan, which, however, was not always enough to cool the rooms. Fortunately, the area is well-ventilated and, all things considered, we were fine most of the time. The owner, Mr. Toni, was always extremely helpful, friendly, and kind.

Upon arrival, the external structure of the reception had already given us a bad impression. The building is very old, badly maintained and clearly has never been renovated. The lady accompanies us to the “room” in a building further on, which from the outside looked slightly more cared for but still not as much as in the photos available when booking. Inside, however, great structural and hygienic problems have emerged. As soon as we opened the door, a strong smell of mold and damp immediately arrived, which we then found on the walls. The mattress of the bed was very low and covered with a blanket instead of a sheet, which had the appearance of a home plaid not suitable for an accommodation facility. The wooden ceiling beams were cracked in several places and near them, especially towards the shower, more mold formed. Also in the bathroom there was no tap water, of which we have the video that the platform does not allow us to load. In conclusion, the photos uploaded on the platform for booking are totally different from what we have seen and experienced. I strongly advise against going there, this place needs major maintenance to express the potential that the structure would have

We stayed at this farm for the weekend of the dirt roads. What about, great apartment, typical farm, very large so that 2 adults and 2 children you were fine. Outside great clearing where to walk and take walks, shame to have come at a time when the pool and other premises were not yet open.
