Lovely location outside of Siena. Room was clean and large with a refrigerator. Breakfast is included. Bus stop is right outside the gate. Downside was no laundry service & the bus only runs until 8:17 pm. Also there is no personnel available after 2 pm.

Property surrounded by greenery and silence less than 10 min by car from Siena. The place is truly charming and I recommend it to anyone who wants to disconnect from the city chaos. Ample parking and both sweet and savory breakfast are included in the price. I was really impressed by the location, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view.

Let’s start by saying that the rooms are not tidied up at four in the afternoon, when you are trying to rest after a morning spent in Siena (not so close if you lack a car), but this is the only time you can interact with someone from the staff (otherwise a shadow) who knocks on your door at that hour. The room is discreet but poorly soundproofed, the bathroom is outdated (plastic shower, sink almost like the English style - if you turn your face you hit the faucet - and with only two shelves; moreover, it lacks a ventilator as the bathroom has no window). Insufficient breakfast, there are no hot dishes or local products; the coffee comes from a vending machine present in the room (separate from the main complex). They say there is a garage, if only I could find who said it! It doesn’t cost much (church property?) but I would like to see! In short, apart from the beautiful garden, if you pass by that area, do not stop. by Psyco
