Perfect location at the entrance to the limited traffic zone, 100 meters from the stadium parking lot; otherwise, the location is quite well-kept, rooms are renovated, breakfast room is very nice, staff is okay. Not having an elevator and being spread over several floors, access is not easy; price-quality ratio is slightly high, some details should be taken care of better, fixtures need fixing, a broken shutter in 2026 is unthinkable.

This hotel was great, it was just off Post Office Square and gateway to the hustle and bustle of Siena. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were marble, all very luxurious. The reception staff were amazing they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, Although the hotel has only three stars please don’t be put off, it was much more than that. The breakfasts were continental but well laid out and the staff helpful. The evening meals in the hotel were exquisite and beautifully presented. We only had one meal over our ten day stay but wished we had more! It was easy to get around and the bus station nearby. I felt that the restaurant should have been highlighted more due to the quality of their food.

Nice reception; we were lucky to snag one of the five parking spaces right next to the hotel. Old venerable palace, winding, one can easily get lost at first glance. Room no. 49 with a small corner balcony and a view of the soccer stadium, nice for an aperitif. Old building = tiny room and bathroom; we could not fully unpack our suitcase, but it was okay for one or two nights. Everything was clean and quiet. We dined in the restaurant; since only three tables were occupied, a reduced menu was offered. It was good, but the ambiance was lacking. Due to the excellent location, we would stay here again.
