Property close to Piazza San Francesco. Five minutes walk from Piazza del Campo. Room not large but equipped with everything, fridge and kettle with tea and coffee, and well furnished. A little away from the main streets the rooms are therefore quiet. Perhaps the breakfast could be a little more accurate, but it is still plentiful and buffet style. Very kind Mr. Roberto. Do not underestimate the proximity to two excellent trattorias with excellent value for money and a supermarket right in front. Highly recommended for a nice weekend visit to this wonderful city!

A wonderful B&B in a top location with clean rooms, good beds and a great view! Roberto and his team are wonderful and they went above and beyond to help us out when we ran into problems on our journey. Don't hesitate to stay here, you won't regret it!
