There was no hot water for all 3 days of my stay,the agents didn’t send anyone to sort out the problem. When I finally spoken to the owner of the property he even accused me of making the hot water...

second time we have stayed in these well located apartments and again we were very pleased.Check in system here is faultless and a lot of other properties could adopt this system .No waiting around...
