Hotel Residence San Sano

Superior room: very quiet, great view, good air condition, large enough and comfortable. Generally: Outstanding welcome and service, great atmosphere on the hotel grounds, very well-maintained; good breakfast with VERY friendly service, nice food selection, wine and place to eat in the evening.

We stayed here for a night whist on a walking holiday. The check in experience was substandard that influenced our impression . We arrived at 11.30 am and asked if we could have an early checkin. The official checkin time is 15.00 so we were expecting to wait but the room still was not ready by 15.30 and other guests had been allowed to check in. Food in the restaurant was good and they organised a packed breakfast so we could leave early to avoid walking in extreme heat. The room decor was tired and a low standard.

Very nice place with pool. We got a good room that was dark and cool. But quite difficult to get to the room with heavy bags. Choose a room without stairs if you have difficulty walking and difficult to carry. We recommend this hotel. Good to park.
