Staff so helpful Rooms clean and air-conditioned About 400 m walk to main gates to the walled city

A charming period Hotel, with very friendly and helpful Staff. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms had a sixties feel (in a good way) whilst the en-suite was bang up to date. The location is ideal for a leisurely stroll into Siena and I would definitely recommend Hotel Italia for anyone planning to visit Siena

The hotel is close to the train station and to the historical center.The hotel was a little bit of noisy so the atmosphere was OK. Small rooms. The hotel was matching its value.And it was clean. We had to change our room and the people who were on reception helped us. Overall: a normal 3 star hotel with very good breakfast
