We stayed at this hotel, which restored an old paper mill, during our stop on the Via Francigena. The manager was very kind in providing us with the necessary directions to continue our journey along the variant in the Elsa park, also giving us valuable advice for a breakfast stop. Unable to take advantage of the breakfast, which was included in the price, the manager and the very kind Isabella really went out of their way to prepare what was necessary for an independent breakfast. Thank you!

Really nice structure, in the center of Colle di Val d' Elsa. It was an old paper mill until 1972 , then renovated , large rooms , underground parking for the car, convenient location x visit as well as the old town high up in Colle di Val d 'Elsa , San Gimignano , Volterra, Monteriggioni and other locations . Positive note also on dinner , in the restaurant on the ground floor in the same structure. Overall good value for money.

The location is good and strategic for visiting the Tuscan towns, friendly staff, offers free Covered parking, clean rooms (not always quiet) and good breakfast. The whole structure should be slightly modernized Good price
