The location is good, there is the convenience of parking and the reception is open 24/7, with very kind staff, available for every request. The rooms have essential decor but are complete with everything, from a quiet (a rarity) and original minibar, it looks like a mirror, a nice large LG television, completely blackout curtains, a new very beautiful bathroom, with a large shower enclosure and very clean fixtures. The linens are also of good quality, soft, fragrant, snow-white, as they should always be. In general, the cleanliness is excellent. Excellent breakfast, from sweet to savory. I would just like to suggest independent air conditioning control in every room to avoid always having to ask the staff, who are nevertheless always available

We stayed for one night, and luckily so! As soon as we arrived I decided to take a shower, the water from the showerhead was not coming out, only from the handheld shower. My husband asked to change rooms. Before changing rooms they came to check if my problem was real. The receptionist told me that the handheld showerhead worked. (but only that one) But I have to manage on my own in a hotel, excuse me. The air conditioning was on "Errrr" so we could not change the temperature, the room fridge was on but was not working. Once out of the room, the hallway to go down had condensation on the floor that had fallen from the other one. On the other hand, it has been renovated, but what is new is only the elevator. Everything else is patched up to make it look new. Breakfast was an abyss of croissants but nothing else, except for dated tarts because they were cold from the fridge. At the time of booking they ask you to pay before arrival, that is when you book, so they give you a discount. Certainly a tactic to keep people from running away. Terrible

In the room we were greeted by a stained towel, mind you, well folded among the others, you have to give them credit for their taste for aesthetics. At the front desk they apologized and gave us a clean one, everything quite normal up to there. The good part came at dawn: at twelve-thirty, already asleep, someone opened the door without warning, like someone who doesn't want you to rest too much. Minutes later they came in again, this time touching the light card, and they fixed everything with an "excuse me" that completely resolved the scare. In the morning we asked for explanations and a girl attended to us, and another person, who we believe was the manager, confirmed that she already knew what happened and that it had been the night receptionist, although she didn't see the need to apologize either. Entering a guest's room at dawn for no reason seems to be a custom at this hotel. No matter how much it is renovated and sold as 3 stars, with this lack of respect for the space and the manners of its guests, it looks more like a roadside boarding house. If you are looking for nightly surprises included in the price, this is your place.
