Ugly and unkept, mold and pine-needles at entry; large insects in room; NOT even an Agriturismo, ugly industrial surroundings. So bad we gave up our second night fee and stayed elsewhere. WAY overpriced!

Our experience at this property was unfortunately extremely negative. Upon check-in we were assigned an apartment in a separate structure with other accommodations, about 500 meters from reception, swimming pool and restaurant. This information had not been communicated at the time of booking, but only upon arrival. The result? To have breakfast or dinner you must necessarily take the car, a huge inconvenience and anything but comfortable for families. To call it “family friendly” would be misleading. The accommodations and the road to reach them were poorly lit, making evening travel uncomfortable and unsafe. The apartment was on two floors, with only one bathroom upstairs, so already impractical. But above all, the general conditions were unacceptable: walls with obvious signs of moisture, widespread dirt, insect droppings, broken glass on the ground and other disgusting traces of which we would rather not even know the origin. Really far from the idea of well-kept and welcoming farm that we expected. Service was non-existent: there was no one in the pool to welcome us, nor to check if we needed anything. No attention, no care, no sign of hospitality. For a property that charges €275 for a single night with breakfast included, we would have expected much more: at least cleaning, maintenance and a minimum of consideration for guests. In conclusion: bad stay, disproportionate price, non-existent hospitality and questionable hygiene conditions. Total disappointment. We will not return and would definitely not recommend it.
