Our stay at Podere dell Anselmo was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the customer service was beyond exceptional. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, caring, and attentive. No matter where we were on the property, they always greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. The food was outstanding—every meal was beautifully prepared and delicious. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay among the vineyards. The pool was so welcome after a hot day exploring Tuscany. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Definitely go horseback riding with Kristen. She was amazing and took us on a beautiful ride around the vineyard. The views are stunning! If you're looking for incredible hospitality, amazing food, beautiful surroundings, and a place where you'll be treated like family, this vineyard is the perfect destination. We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to return! Thank you to Fabrizio and Frederica for a vacation myself and my family will never forget.

Property not well-maintained, rooms need improvement. Pool with an unclean bottom. Kind owner, untrained staff. We arrived an hour before check-in. There is no bathroom next to the pool, but they pointed us to a single bathroom next to the reception, in front of which they also made us leave our suitcases thrown on the floor. The girl questioned whether the room would be ready by 2:00 PM, because the previous guests had checked out late. We were also customers, and with my injured daughter. Furthermore, the property is not easily accessible as indicated on Booking. It is full of stairs, even to get to the pool. The selection at the restaurant and for breakfast is very limited. At lunch, I was poured half a glass as a sample, which they made us pay for at full price.

Communion lunch for about 40 people; perhaps we were a bit at the limit for the organization, and unfortunately, the timing between courses was a bit too stretched, but everything else was PERFECT!!! Pleasant and well-organized place, courteous and professional staff, very good cuisine. Thank you
