Tenuta Tizzauli

I stayed one night with my family and I must say that everything was perfect, beautiful and clean rooms, the location is very well kept, the swimming pool for relaxing moments is really comfortable. The breakfast is super even if by booking with booking you pay €10 per person separately but it's worth it. The only flaw is the somewhat narrow road to get there but we didn't have any problems

The grounds were beautifully maintained. Pool and loungers all of good quality and well cared for. Lovely complex allowing all holiday homes their own small outside area modestly screened. Great location within the major 'must see' cities, though the one mile 'drive' to the gated complex may test a low sports car. Peaceful, friendly helpful staff. Our holiday home was very clean, cool and perfectly adequate but if we were to be 'picky' perhaps not enough crockery to be able to use the dishwasher economically and the lounge/diner was a bit on the small side ..... perhaps! It might be useful to have been explained the breakfast/bar area (we never did understand how it could be used!) and the communal BBQ workings and area. Having said all of this we loved it and had a great stay, thank you.

We stayed here as we wanted a central base to visit Tuscany and this was perfect. Pisa, was 1 hour, Florence was 20 minutes and Sienna was 1 hour. When we arrived we went to our Villa which was clean and very pleasant. The 3 air conditioning units worked amazingly well in the very hot weather we had. The towels were plentiful and soft, the shower was nice and powerful. The kitchen was perfect with a big fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, and all the cutlery etc we needed. The pool was perfect and we spent a bit of time there. There was no problem getting a bed or umbrella. There is a play area with 2 barbecues in which we didn't get round to using. There is plenty of green space which is well kept. There is also a small bar area which sells a small selection of drinks, snacks and ice creams. Tenuta Tizzauli had a great feel to it, there were lots of different nationalities staying there so it was nice to compare notes and suggestions of places to go. Silvia and Francesco who were there in the morning and late afternoons were very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here - we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and visiting the beautiful area.
