Hotel Azzurra

We stayed at Hotel Azzurra from 08/29 to 09/12, we had a great time. Unique courtesy, availability, and attention to the customer. TOP food we had booked B&B and instead we opted for half board for the entire stay. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back. Marilena and Carlo

Marina di Pietrasanta is cute and Pietrasanta is very beautiful, full of artists who exhibit their works. Unfortunately, the sea at this time is quite murky and not very nice, but the beaches are well-kept and well-maintained and, above all, the umbrellas are not packed together.

We stayed last week with a group on the bus and stayed for two nights, the food was acceptable, minimal portions, the girls in the dining room were very good and helpful, the bedroom was very small, the smelly pillows were disgusting, something I've never seen in the many years I've been working away. , grumpy and unhelpful owners, annoyed with anything I asked them, at Sunday breakfast we found ourselves with hot water, asking if fresh water was available the answer was that the fridges were off the owner looked at me like a beggar .., shameful attitude for those who pay for a service, hotels to stay away from, terrible service, I believe that those who don't know how to do their job must change profession, when working with the public, availability, patience and above all education must never be lacking which is missing in this place, a training course that teaches how to behave towards the public is highly recommended. If your job becomes heavy and you can't do it well, it must be changed!
