The rooms were good and the service was good too. Would recommend this property. The breakfast was also good.

Had an early morning flight out of Pisa, but this being an airport hotel figured it wouldn't be hard to get a taxi from there. Asked at reception the evening before if she could pre book a taxi for us, she said no, we had to ring a number when we wanted to go. Started ringing this number at 4.30am and no answer. Couldn't pre book through appTaxi either and there were no taxis on the app at that time of the morning. Eventually we just had to start jogging the 5km to the airport with our luggage, through fields for part of it! There was a family in the same situation as us with small kids, and they rang the "emergency number" but no one was of any help there either. The rooms are noisy so we hadn't had much sleep, all in all a stressful experience, would not recommend. If you have a rental car it's probably fine, otherwise don't do it. It's not close to anything.

The hotel is very convenient for Pisa Airport, easy to find and with on site parking. Very friendly, helpful staff, restaurant next door and others nearby. The room was very clean but the bathroom would benefit from some updating. Very little noise despite being close to a main road. Perfect for an overnight stay for late arrivals or early flights.
