Pretty old hotel good breakfast. But the prices of the bar dear a coke served with plastic cups 4 euro, sweet 6 euro water 2 euro. For the location and service excessive prices. If I come back, I won't do bar service.

Relaxing stay. Room and bathroom spacious and clean. A little dated furniture. There is no lift therefore not very suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The restaurant attached to the hotel has a nice terrace where you can dine outdoors. Tasty dishes. Outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, tennis court. Really great price. We have been coming for a few years and will continue to return. It is 20 minutes from the sea and an hour from Volterra and San Gimignano.

There is no air conditioning and mosquito nets in the room. Hair dryer broken and you can not use your own because it clicks the light. Too noisy early in the morning and evening they dine outdoors and you hear talking late. Small playground for children unusable, dirty and lacks maintenance.
