My last stop on my European journey brought me to Bagni di Pisa, and it was exactly what I needed quiet, peaceful, and with a beautiful view. The atmosphere here invites you to slow down, rest, and truly enjoy the moment. The reception staff were helpful, making the stay smooth and welcoming. The only minor detail was the air conditioning, which wasn’t as cold as I’m used to in Asia (where 16 degrees is common), but given Italy’s summer heat, it was still manageable. Breakfast was a highlight. They served the best granola I’ve had in all of Europe thick, crunchy, and full of flavor paired with a freshly made Americano that set the perfect tone for the day. Overall, Bagni di Pisa is a place I would recommend to anyone seeking a quiet retreat with attentive service and a chance to recharge. It’s a destination where you can pause, breathe, and savor the simple pleasures of travel.

Our visit to Bagni di Pisa was a bit of a mixed bag experience. We needed to stop somewhere in Tuscany for 2 nights and found this through our hotel program. The hotel has plenty to offer and is nicely located near Pisa and Lucca allowing for easy sightseeing. The exterior and exterior is obviously great although could benefit from some upgrading here and there. Especially the outdoor pool setting and bathrooms (incl amenities) need to be upgraded to current day 5 star levels. As well as the AC in our initial room (which did not cool at all) We do need to point out the restaurant which serves great food in a very attractive and charming outdoor setting was our highlight of the stay, Friendly staff completes this gastronomic attraction. Feels there is a lot of potential if somewhat more invested Not per se a go to destination with kids as all pools are relatively small, warm and more for relaxing then swimming (which obviously is the intention of a Spa resort)
