Bagni di Pisa Palace & Spa

A fantastic night in a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous village! I checked in for one night on the way to Florence and it was a great decision. Lovely staff, an absolutely beautiful room and a really amazing dinner. I am diagnosed coeliac and there was no problem with the menu. The breakfast the following morning was also excellent, fresh gorgeous food with again lots of options. The thermal spa was fantastic and the outdoor pool was a great spot in the sun! A beautiful hotel, would highly recommend. I hope to be back again!

Once again, I want to express my satisfaction with my stay at Bagno di Pisa. The property, the staff, the breakfast, everything perfect! A getaway place for us that will surely see us as their guests again. Well done to everyone.

However, I must say that some things left me puzzled, for example, the maintenance situation and the cleanliness and oversight of the spa (no one ever checks, you have to go to the reception, there isn't even a manager. At the reception, I found some wonderful girls, including Emma and Selvaggia, who helped me. I must also thank Director Bollini, a serious and tireless professional, for the fantastic welcome and the much-appreciated upgrade to the room. Finally, thanks also to Giuseppe, who makes every service a canvas to paint on! Hats off to Sandro & Giusy
