The hotel staff was rude. If you live off tourism, you cannot act unkindly towards tourists. In the evening we were turned away from a meal, staff seemed hurried and not willing to help tourists or find solutions. The room was ok and they had additional towels and air conditioning.

We stayed one night in this hotel. The room was spacious, essential, and clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Varied continental breakfast, both sweet and savory. Convenient location and ample parking.

Toalemat

For one night only in Pisa, we chose this hotel. As soon as you enter there was a particular smell, kind of old-fashioned, we honestly did not like it much, even if the pleasantness of the smells is subjective. As a room we chose a triple. It was basically a twin, where there was no double mattress but two beds attached, and then they added a third bed in front of the bedside table. We were really tight. Let's say that to classify as 4 stars, this should not exist. Breakfast was enough, there was a bit of everything. Overall, for those who don't have high expectations and have to stay not too many days, it could go.
