The only positive element is that it is practically in Piazza dei Miracoli. Old, dirty, uncomfortable facility, parking for only a few cars (I had to pay separately for an external parking lot). Breakfast of such squalor that it doesn't even deserve one star. And the cost of the room is as if it were a real 3-star (which it is not).

Simple and clean hotel right in the center. If you want to use the hotel parking, it is important to notify the reception beforehand, otherwise there is still a convenient partner parking lot right behind it. The rooms are very simple and spartan but still comfortable and clean. The bathroom, on the other hand, is definitely cramped. The breakfast was very much appreciated, with a wide selection and quality products, as well as vegan options.

Very centrally located to Duomo and Leaning tower of Pisa. Plenty of bar and restaurants close by. Hotel is very outdated. It could do with decorating. Bed side lights not working in bedroom , toiletries are minimal, hair dryer has no power, so I recommend you bring your own. No welcome from receptionist/manager. He didn't offer any advice about the area or tell us about facilities in hotel. Could make it better by making it brighter. Air conditioning was perfect 👌
