I wouldn’t be visiting this place again if I happen to return to Pisa. Let’s start with the small things: the trash bin is so dirty I do not want to even touch it. The place is right next to the train line and really near the airport - you can hear every single airplane, which makes it quite noisy. The things that pushed me away the most are the fact you have shared bathroom on the floor, which is not mentioned in the description. In fact, it says that every room has a separate bathroom. The shared bathroom is super dirty, I am glad I am staying here for the night only. The solo beds are so small, I am not sure how a decent human can fit in them. To be honest, the price is too high for this place. My family paid 100€ for a night, I regret not finding an Airbnb apartment for that price. Last but not least - there is only one bus that you can take to the city centre and you should travel for around 15-20 minutes. The experience was not the greatest.

This B&B is located about 1,2 km from the Pisa airport and about the same distance from Pisa main railway station, which means about 15 minutes walk. Nearest supermarket is about 1 km away from this place, almost on your way from the airport, slightly on the hand left side, oposite BLUE SHADES hotel and a pharmacy, which are easy to spot. This is a small B&B, only 4 rooms located on 2 floors, 2 rooms per floor. Every floor has 1 bathroom. At the ground floor there is located small leaving room, fully equiped kitchen and a small patio. Wi-fi is good and fast. Very good air-conditioning in rooms. An iron and ironing board are available in the kitchem. Rooms, bathrooms and the kitchen are very clean - cleaned daily. Staff is very good - nice, cheerfull, helpfull. Place is very good for family stay as you can preparare your own food here and if you take 2 rooms, the whole floor is just for your family. Patio is a handy place for smokers as smoking in this B&B is forbiden There is no breakfast or any other meal deal available here, which for some people can be disadvantage. For me it is OK, as typical Italian breakfast consist of some biscuits, croisants and a tea or coffee - not worthy a money you pay for it. Nearest restaurant called BALALAIKA is just 50 meters away from the B&B.
