Terrible experience! Cancelled my room 3 days before arriving, told he I would he refunded in 7 days and have never refunded me, ignored my messages! I have now taken legal action as this hotel clearly does this often! Absolute shambles! Avoid at all costs!

Do not book they are scammers they copy your card details and help themselves to your account. They also stole my purse from the room. They had taken over £700 from my account over 4 transactions. Spanking back to our original visit. When you try to contact them they hang up and block your number.

I stayed at this hotel in November 2023 after making a booking with booking.com and paying the hotel directly in August 2023. Our stay was pleasant and we had no issues during our time in Pisa, the problems began in August of 2024 when out of the blue, the hotel have charged my credit card for a second time when I have made no further bookings with them. Despite booking.com contacting the hotel to try and resolve this, they refuse to provide any reason as to 1.why they have charged me a second time for this stay and 2. Why they even still have my credit card details 10 months after my stay. In fact they won’t even respond to contact attempts. Luckily booking.com are arranging the refund for me but BE WARY WITH GIVING THIS HOTEL YOUR CARD DETAILS! I now have to request a new card in order that they can’t charge me again which will make existing hotel bookings I have made with it difficult.
